WE MANUFACTURE A SMALL SCALE BATCH

A small batch of your custom material will be created, for your team to sample and approve.

Vigon takes samples from small scale batches and sent for testing and approval

A SAMPLE IS SENT TO YOU FOR APPROVAL

Taken from the small scale batch we manufactured, a sample will be sent for your testing and approval.

Vigon manufactures samples immediately after customer approval and ships on requested delivery dates

ONCE APPROVED, WE MANUFACTURE AND SHIP THE MATERIAL

After you approve the sample, manufacturing will begin immediately and we will have the material shipped to you by your requested delivery dates.

The invoice will include the agreed upon toll processing fee and cost of raw materials.  Since we directly supply many ingredients ourselves, using Vigon’s raw materials can provide you with great cost savings.
