TEAM ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
Vigon provides multiple Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for employees and their eligible family members. The EAP is designed to provide voluntary, private, confidential, and professional counseling outside the workplace for any type of personal problem.
COMPETITIVE BENEFIT TIME (PTO)
Starting Benefit Time of 15 days (120 hours) for all new team members joining Vigon. Benefit time is also increased based on years of service.

How do I apply?
To start, search for a job of interest by clicking the view openings link here or at the top of the page. You can search by locations, business categories, job categories or keywords. Once you find one, select the title, then click the “Apply” button next to the title of the role at the top of the page. Then, follow the directions on your screen. Either create a new profile or log back in if you are a returning candidate.
If you do not see a specific position applicable to you, we encourage you to “Join Our Talent Community”. As new positions open at Vigon, we will look to see if we have any great candidates already available in our Talent Community.
What if I don’t have a formal resume or CV to upload?
Although it is recommended to upload a current resume or CV, if you don’t have one, it is still okay to apply. Just be sure to fill in a brief description of your background, experience (with dates of employment), educational achievements, and skills. This information is necessary to evaluate candidates. Applications without this information will not be considered.
Can I apply for more than one position? I applied last year and wasn’t selected. May I reapply?
Absolutely. We encourage all candidates to apply for positions to which they feel their skills match the job description provided.
Will you let me know when the position has been filled?
Email messaging will be automated once a position has been closed. Some positions may be considered “Evergreen” meaning that we are looking to fill multiple positions in the same role.
How quickly will I hear back after an interview?
At Vigon we strive to do things as efficiently as possible, which includes our interview process. We strive to complete our interview evaluations quickly and provide follow-up communication to the candidate within a 1-2 week time.
