PARENTAL LEAVE AND BONUS
Eligible team members may take up to two paid weeks for parental leave immediately following the birth or adoption of a child. A $2,500 bonus is available to help with baby related expenses for new parents.

Vigon provides multiple Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for employees and their eligible family members. The EAP is designed to provide voluntary, private, confidential, and professional counseling outside the workplace for any type of personal problem.
