Benzyl Acetate is an organic ester with a fresh and sweet floral scent. Its floral side is reminiscent to Jasmine and ylang-ylang. This pleasant and cost-effective ingredient is extensively formulated by perfumers, from low-cost fragrances to high-end perfumes. Flavorists also add Benzyl Acetate in fruity flavor compositions such as Apple, Banana and Peach. Benzyl Acetate is available in both Synthetic and Natural form.
