Dill Weed Oil

Dill is a culinary herb that also produces an aromatic seed. The plant is farmed in the US (mainly for distillation of the herb), and also in Europe (more for the distillation of the seed).

The oil is colorless to pale yellow, with a powerful herbaceous fresh spearmint-like character. Carvone is an important component of the oil.
