Milk Lactone is a slightly yellow liquid with powerful milk and cheese properties. It is insoluble in water, alcohol, and propylene glycol and somewhat soluble in essential oils. Milk Lactone, is used as an artificial flavor and fragrance. Mostly in imitation dairy flavors such as milk, cream, butter, and cheese.
